Council in partnership with Homeswest built 4 unit style houses for the purposes of providing low income families with accommodation choices in Brookton. These near new units are conveniently located adjacent to Madison Square Park on Williams Street, just across the railway line and within walking distance of the centre of Brookton.

The units are property managed by Council staff and adhere to Homeswest rental criteria and Tenancy Agreements.

Units consist of:-

• 2 x 3 bedroom units
• 2 x 2 bedroom units.
• All units are unfurnished.

Council has a NO PETS policy which applies to these units.
