Brookton Health Service and the Saddleback Medical Centre provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Podiatary, a child and school Health Nurse, an Aboriginal Health Worker, an Extended Care Nurse, the Stay on Your Feet Program, various Health Promotion Activities, and PATS (Patient Assisted Transport Scheme).
HACC (Home and Community Care for Aged and Disabled Persons) is available at the Saddleback Medical Centre every day from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Pathology services will be open at the Saddleback Medical Centre on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:45am 9642 1005.
